A one-point contact for complete exhibition logistics to overseas as well as Indian Exhibitors.

For overseas exhibitors the following services will be provided on chargeable basis:
They provide a door to door service for overseas exhibitors, picking up cargo from the exhibitor's warehouse at origin till delivered on stand including custom clearance at both origin & destination, ready for display; with the assistance of specialized mechanical handling equipment, skilled labour and senior supervisors. After the exhibition, the process in reverse is applied. Equal importance is paid for correct documentation to ensure exhibitors do not incur delays, demurrage and unnecessary duties.

For Indian exhibitors, They would provide below services on a chargeable basis as per exhibitor’s requirement at the show venue.

• Off-loading upon the arrival of the goods at the show site
• Unpacking
• Storage of empties
• Repacking after the show
• Loading on exhibitor’s vehicle after the completion of show
