  • Delegate Badge is for personal use only and is not transferable.
  • Children below age of 18 years and infants in arms are strictly prohibited inside the conference and exhibition halls.
  • The rights of admission are reserved with the organizers.
  • The organizers reserve the right to frisk the badge holders at the entrances and exhibition venue for security reasons. Your cooperation is solicited.
  • Badge must be worn and displayed prominently at all times during your stay at the exhibition site.
  • Cameras, bottles, cans or tins are not allowed inside the exhibition venue.
  • Food and beverages are not permitted to be taken in the exhibition halls.
  • Payment made towards successful delegate registration on this website is non-refundable and non-cancellable for any reason
  • Any incorrect inputs provided in the delegate registration will lead to the cancellation of registration and forfeiting of the registration amount.
